Snowtar uses numbers but it is not in .meta's needs. See http://tests.call-cc.org/2010/10/29/salmonella-report/snowtar.html
I noticed the snowtar.meta file contains sections like files and doc-from-wiki. Are they still relevant?

Oops. Sorry, should be fixed now (1.0.1.1). I don't know whether doc-from-wiki is still used. files might be helpful for meta-tools.
