Description
The s48-modules extension needs to be tested, completed, documented and exposed.

A few simple tests have been added. More will gradually be added in the future as it becomes necessary. For now I think this is sufficient.

It's pretty much complete, and no longer hidden.
I added some documentation at http://chicken.wiki.br/releases/4/s48-modules
As for tests, I used it in the new prometheus egg. It now works unmodified, with a few hacks in the code that pulls in the package declaration, to make it work.
I'll see if I can add some automated tests later, so I'm keeping the ticket open until the tests are there.
