I think I am going to close this. SRFI-113 is passing all tests. I believe once upon a time I fixed this, (perhaps 0.11?) but never closed this ticket.

My apologies that this has languished. 0.15 works fine in CHICKEN 5 now, and all tests pass. Given that, I am fairly certain that all tests pass in CHICKEN 4 as well.
