Description
The file "The R5RS standard.html"
says things like:
Suitable definitions are given in section 7.3
In expression consisting of a variable (section 3.1) is a variable reference.
But those reference numbers are not in the Table of Contents

The right thing to do is probably to hyperlink to the appropriate section. However, this doc was always meant to be read alongside R5RS proper (heck, most of the sections don't even exist); its main purpose was to have procedure docs at your fingertips via chicken-doc, not a full description of Scheme. For now I'd just suggest adding a link to full R5RS in the page, not sure why it's not there.

Fixed by 92fbfcf, will be merged into the wiki when 4.9.0 is released.
Perhaps this should be postponed until we decide what to do with R7.
A simple solution could be to just add the generated section numbers to our sections.
