This is what happens when compiling:

Resolution: wontfix
Status: newclosed

This turned out to be an artifact of old chicken.h files in the wrong places, plus Cygwin breakage (the $PREFIX/include/chicken path was not being searched).

fyi this should be fixed in master ef2a97529 and in stability/4.7.0 c04f3214, "C_TARGET_INCLUDE_HOME fix for cygwin"
