spatial-trees and kd-tree both install the same files (kd-tree.import.so and kd-tree.so)

Description
This should not happen, as the latest installed egg will clobber the files installed by the previous egg.
For the reference, the issue can be seen in the installation logs for the aforementioned eggs:
