Description

Hi Felix

Attached is a patch to adapt make-egg-index.scm to call-cc.org CSS, wiki menu and infrastructure links. The result is http://wiki.call-cc.org/chicken-projects/egg-index-4.html

CSS still needs some tweakings, specially for tables, but that wouldn't require further changes to make-egg-index.scm. Moritz is working on that.
