Description

sequences.meta doesn't contain an author form (that causes "unknown" to be listed the egg author in the egg index).

tests/run.scm doesn't exit non-zero when tests fail, so salmonella reports "ok" even when tests fail (see http://tests.call-cc.org/master/linux/x86/2011/06/14/salmonella-report/tests/sequences.html)
