Description

Compare http://wiki.call-cc.org/eggref/4/qwiki with http://api.call-cc.org/doc/qwiki. The latter comes with permalinks on each section that may be used to share links to the respective section easily, while the former doesn't. I've attached a patch to implement this feature for qwiki.
