Description

(use srfi-19) (time->srfi-18-time (date->time (make-date 0 0 0 0 21 3 2013)))

results in Error: (seconds->time) bad argument type - not a number: 1363820400

Tried with OpenBSD 5.2 on i386, chicken 4.7.0, srfi-19 egg version 3.2.0
