Description

The lolevel unit is not used in the core system and can be turned to an egg.

Note: `c-platform.scm` contains rewrite rules for some of the procedures in this unit - these should be removed.

This unit is also tied too much to the base system. Moving it out of the core would drop many opportunities for optimization (i.e. unboxing).
