Description

With semi-automatic deployment gone, we should document the steps necessary to deploy static or dynamic applications on the various platforms (i.e. using `-private-repository`, `-deployed`, etc.)

The manual for C5 has now a new section on deployment. Since this is a big subject with many platform-dependent details, we can not expect to cover them all here, but some basic information is available.
