Don't know if it expected, but random-mtzig version 4 breaks some eggs: http://salmonella-linux-x86-64.call-cc.org/master-debugbuild/gcc/linux/x86-64/2015/07/15/yesterday-diff/

The update seems to affect spatial-trees, picnic, kd-tree, hypergiant and 9ML-toolkit.

Thanks for reporting this, I forgot to check. spatial-trees is intended to be hidden, is there some way to exclude it from the salmonella testing?
