182	enable terminal-port? on windows	Jim Ursetto		chicken-doc requires terminal-port? to work on Windows.  Attached patch against master enables it.  This is tested on plain MinGW (no MSYS) on Windows XP.  I noticed that official examples use _isatty and _fileno instead of isatty and fileno as in the patch, but it still works fine.
