Wiki site title is "Chicken" instead of "CHICKEN"

Description

I found that almost all "CHICKEN"s are spelled as "CHICKEN" instead of "Chicken", so it may be nice to change wiki title from "The Chicken Scheme wiki" to "The CHICKEN Scheme wiki".

Thanks for reporting! This must've slipped past us when we normalised the official spelling in other places. I've now fixed this.
