Description

We've been getting the following error on IRC:

[eggs] ersatz version 1.27 (for CHICKEN 5) could not be downloaded: Could not fetch
       targz-file https://github.com/iraikov/chicken-ersatz/tarball/1.27 -- Client error: 404
       Not Found

ersatz.c5.release-info references release 1.27, but such tag is not in the repository. Maybe forgot to push tags?
